Setting your personal code

When you receive your LOKBOX 500, you will be able to simply turn the knob and open the door. This is because the code has not yet been set. You will find keys to the padlock in your instruction leaflet pack. Remove the padlock and cover and you will see the code setting mechanism. Each circular 'screw-head' device has a dot on the 'outside' of the head.

Using a small screwdriver, select a numbered screw-head, push in the screw-head and turn it so that the dot is on the 'inside', or towards the middle of the lock unit. This number is now set.

Repeat this operation for 3 or 4 more numbers or letters. Make careful note of the code number you have programmed the unit with.

When you have completed setting your own personal code into the LOKBOX 500, make a careful note of that code and make sure you keep it safe and away from the LOKBOX. Carefully replace the steel cover over the code setting mechanism and secure with your padlock.

You are then free to use this number in the delivery address fields of any on-line shopping sites.

You can change the code number at any time, but please make sure that you are not expecting anything to arrive when you change your code number!!
