Using your LOKBOX 500

Congratulations on buying your new LOKBOX 500.

Hopefully it will dramatically improve your online buying experience.

Please make sure you have your LOKBOX 500 securely fastened to a convenient wall using the screws and wall plugs supplied.

Once you have done this and set the code, you are ready to receive parcels.

When buying items on-line, put your LOKBOX code number in the first line of your address.

Your code number must always begin with the letter 'C'. This clears any digits selected previously in error. Then enter your selected code numbers/letters.

PLEASE remember that whenever you change your LOKBOX code, you MUST change it in all the on-line stores you use, otherwise, they won't be able to deliver your items to you.

Also, please take care to note whether your items will fit into your 500mm x 400mm x 200mm LOKBOX

If they are too big, then simply leave your code number off your address detail.

Delivery will then be attempted as normal.
